Membership Seminar in Laredo
2nd RI/Zone 21b/27 Cadre Membership Training to be offered for areas 6, 7, & 12 – Laredo and beyond.
You do not want to miss this new and innovative consulting experience!
Cost is Free but we need a food and Materials count.
Cadre Mission: To reverse Rotary’s declining membership in Zones 21b/27 by delivering the message that “Membership is our first priority.” The Cadre team will do this by working directly with small clusters of clubs, in a local setting, to help them change their leadership habits, attitudes, approach, and create a sustainable membership development program.
Who should attend: Club Presidents, Club Membership Chairs, Club Service Lane Chairs, and any Rotarian interested in improving their Club’s Membership Program.
Location: Located in Laredo

Time: Sign In & Breakfast 8:30 am – program from 9 am to 1 pm
Interactive Idea Sharing Environment: Before the Seminar and during the break Participants will have fellowship time to interact with each other to obtain ideas that can help them in different ways, e.g., ideas for a district or global grant, etc.
