On 11/17/2021, the Rotary Club of Willacy County had the honor to welcome our District 5930 Governor Mr. Amando Chapa.
What an awesome meeting and the words from our leader were inspiring. He explained his vision and why Rotary is a beacon of hope for many. His story on working hard was a testament to his dedication and a true service to self Rotarian. It was an honor hosting our District Governor.
