Labor Day Flags East

On Labor Day Weekend 2022, AP Rotary Cares Foundation displayed American Flags in Downtown Aransas Pass to Celebrate and Honor the dedicated men and women who work to sustain their Families, our Community, our State, and our Nation. I personally was concerned that it rained the entire weekend and much of the time the wet flags simply hung and did not unfurl in the wind. I then remembered that “Old Glory” represents our Freedom and our Nation and our ability to Work regardless of the weather. And just like the Work Force we were honoring, the Flag is strong, irrespective of the weather.

AP Rotary Cares Foundation thanks the following donors for contributing to our Flag Fundraiser. All proceeds support the youth of Aransas Pass through scholarships provided to selected seniors of Aransas Pass High School.
