The Rotary Club of Harlingen will commemorate World Polio Day with a Polio Walk on Saturday, October 23 at 9:00 a.m. at Lake Harlingen and Liberty Gardens Park located at 76 Dr. and W. Jefferson Ave., across from Harlingen Public Library.
Immediately after the walk we will follow with our traditional fundraising event, "Pies for Polio", where a local celebrity gets to throw a pie at our Club President's, Lucy Cadenas face.
