Cadre Mission:  To reverse Rotary’s declining membership in Zones 21b/27 by delivering the message that “Membership is our first priority.”  The Cadre team will do this by working directly with small clusters of clubs, in a local setting, to help them change their leadership habits, attitudes, approach, and create a sustainable membership development program.
 
Cadre Presenter:  Lisa Faith Massey.  She is the owner & President of Massey Industries in Houston Texas, a precision machining, grinding, and industrial plating company that has served a variety of industries since 1947.  She is a 3rd generation Rotarian with an MBA in Finance and International Business.  Served as District Governor for District 5890 in 2014-2015 leading the district to the highest net membership growth in Zone 21b.
 
Who should attend: Club Presidents, Club Membership Chairs, Club Service Lane Chairs, and any Rotarian interested in improving their Club’s Membership Program.
 
Location:  Centrally located in Harlingen, Texas at the Harlingen Country Club, 5500 El Camino Real.
