On Monday, August 5, 2019, outgoing Rotary Club of Aransas Pass President, Robert Branch presented incoming President, James Hollan with his President’s Name Badge. Shortly thereafter, President James Hollan presented outgoing President Robert Branch with a plaque recognizing his one-year of service as president of the Rotary Club of Aransas Pass.
